Frame Photo Editor is an application which provides you with a few graphic editing tools for your pictures. The interface of the software is simple and intuitive. You can open images by using the file browser only, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported.
So, you can set a photo mask and change the size and orientation, add clips (cartoons, flowers, others) and select a frame (cartoon, festival, general, scenery, seasonal, others). Furthermore, you can insert text (set the size, color and font style) and select a speaking frame, as well as choose an image as background (in the BMP, JPG or JPEG format).
On top of that, you can bring an image to front or send it to back, zoom in and out, set the picture as wallpaper, email, print or save it as a project for further editing. The CPU and memory usage is low to moderate in case of Frame Photo Editor. Plus, the software comes with a well-written help file that you can check up if you are a novice.
Although the tool is very simple to use, it doesn't come with enough options for graphic editing. Also, Frame Photo Editor should be used for entertainment purposes only, since its features are not professional. And the demo version displays a watermark on the output images.
